When i was inroduced to the module of Engage, Empower and Enhance model, i realize that it is very important for a teacher, especially we that are gonna to be a teacher soon. The purpose of the first module whic are Engage is to elicit the prior ideas and knowledge of the students about the topic that they want to discuss. By doing this module, the teacher will know what was in their student;s minds and ideas about the topic and this will make it easier for us to correct them. Empower part will makes the students more understand and give them the information needed for the specific topics. then in Enhance part will increase students understanding as it needs them to apply what they have understand about the topics by applying it into a difference situation.
For me, this module are very efficient for teaching and learning process in the school. The teachers should need to be a creative, so that they are not gives the contents of learning directly to their students instead of let them to search and solve about the problem by themselves.
