MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY :)

• I believe that by build a sense of community in the classroom and promoting positive relationships among students and teachers can increase the managemment skills in learning environment. When this happen, students will feel that they are in a safe, fair and comfortable in the environment where they can sharing their knowledge to others. As to become a teacher, my main goal is ensure every student reaches their full academic potential as long as i achieved my learning objective during teaching. 

• I believe that students also can get motivation during learning. Implementing intrinsic motivation in the classroom will help foster a passion for learning. I hope that I can use a variety of instrinsic and extrinsic motivation instead of focusing on learning and teaching only.

• I believe that teacher can acts as role model to their students to gives them some inspiration. the purpose of education is nnot only to enable students to become succesful in their life, but for me, teaching them on how to be responsible and positive contributors to society is also important.
